Visit to University of Central Florida, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering
In January 2013, on the Professor Nina Orlovskaya invitation Oleksiy Gogotsi, Materials Research Centre Director, prof. George Gogotsi, Institute for Problems of Strength, NAS, Ukraine, during a work trip to the United States visited the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, College of Engineering and Computer Science, University of Central Florida, that developes research in areas such as Thermal Management, Advanced Gas Turbines, Nano-Scale Flow and Heat Transfer, Inigition and Combustion Characteristics, Bio-MEMS, Advanced Coatings, Materials Characterization, Bio-Materials Nano-Materials, Shape Memory Alloys.
